You can set your cancellation policy from the **Bookings** section in the OnSeason dashboard.

This policy is used for your booking site and helps guests understand the cancellation rules before they book.

## Open cancellation policy settings

1.  Go to app.onseason.ai.

2.  Sign in to your OnSeason account.

3.  In the left sidebar, click **Bookings**.

4.  At the top of the page, click **Policies**.

5.  Find the **Cancellation Policy** section.

## Choose a cancellation policy

1.  Click the **Policy Type** dropdown.

2.  Select the cancellation policy you want to use.

3.  Click **Save policy**.

You can choose from:

- **Flexible** — Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in

- **Moderate** — Full refund up to 5 days before check-in

- **Strict** — Full refund up to 14 days before check-in, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in

- **Custom** — Use your own cancellation policy

Your selected policy will be saved for your booking site.
