Enhancing with Staycy

What is Staycy? Staycy is an AI-powered website builder that creates conversion-focused direct booking websites. The website can include different page types depending on what you ask for in your prompt. How to Access Staycy Only workspace Owners and Admins can access Staycy. Team members with the Member or Viewer role won't see the option. - Open Staycy — In the dashboard, on the left sidebar, click Website, then click Launch Staycy (this button is also available on your Dashboard home page). Staycy opens, and you're logged in automatically via single sign-on. You can also access https://www.staycy.ai/ directly. - Build your website — Use Staycy's AI tools to design your website. Preview mode lets you experiment freely before going live. - Publish when ready — Happy with your site? Publish it to make it live. An active OnSeason subscription is required to publish. Preview mode is available even without an active subscription, so you can design and experiment at no cost. Publishing requires an active subscription. See the interactive walkthrough: If your OnSeason subscription lapses, your Staycy website will be unpublished. Your booking engine itself remains accessible — only the Staycy website layer is affected. Examples of pages Staycy can create - Homepage - Search page - Listing pages - Location pages - About page - Contact page - FAQ pages - Blog - Booking-focused pages If you want a standalone booking engine, you still create a Staycy website. The difference is that you ask Staycy to include only the booking-focused pages, such as search and listing pages, and exclude pages like the homepage, about, contact, and blog. How prompting works in Staycy Prompting is how you tell Staycy what to create or change. A prompt is a written instruction. You can use prompts to create the first version of your website and to keep editing it afterwards. Good prompts are clear about - What your business does - Where your properties are located - Who your guests are - What your brand should feel like - Which pages you want - Which pages you do not want - Which languages you need - How booking pages should look and work The clearer your prompt, the better Staycy can create the result you want.

PMS Integration

Connect your PMS

Why Connect Your PMS? Your property management system (PMS) is where you manage properties, availability, and pricing. By connecting it to OnSeason, your listings sync automatically — no manual data entry needed. OnSeason integrates with your PMS through Calry, a secure integration layer that keeps your data in sync. Any changes you make in your PMS (new properties, updated rates, availability blocks) are reflected in OnSeason within minutes. Your PMS remains the source of truth. Always make changes to properties, rates, and availability in your PMS — OnSeason will pick them up automatically. Before you begin: Make sure you have: 1. An active OnSeason workspace 2. Owner or Admin role in the workspace (Members and Viewers cannot manage integrations) 3. Access credentials from your PMS provider (sometimes called an "API key" — a unique code that permits OnSeason to access your PMS data) Supported PMS providers: OnSeason supports a wide range of PMS systems, including: Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Hostfully, Hospitable, OwnerRez, Beds24, Uplisting, Hostify and Avantio. More providers are added regularly. To connect your PMS, follow these steps: 1. Connect your PMS from your Dashboard page or open your integration settings — Navigate to Settings > Integrations > PMS in your dashboard. 2. Select your PMS provider — Choose your PMS from the dropdown — for example, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify and more. 3. Enter your credentials — The required fields depend on your provider (guide for finding your credentials listed in the next paragraph): - Access key providers (Lodgify, Hostify, Beds24, Uplisting): Enter the access key from your PMS dashboard. - Access key + Secret (Guesty): Enter your Custom App client ID and secret. - OAuth providers (Hospitable, Hostfully): Click "Authorize" and complete the login on your PMS's website. Hostfully also supports access key authentication if you prefer. - Email + Password (OwnerRez): Enter your account email, password, and Advertiser ID. 4. Verify the sync — Once connected, your properties start syncing automatically. Head to My Properties to see them appear — this usually takes just a few minutes. 5. Confirm your account appears — Once connected, your PMS account appears in the integration accounts list with an "Active" status. See the interactive walkthrough. You can connect multiple PMS accounts if you manage properties across different PMS systems. Each account syncs independently. Finding Your PMS Credentials: Not sure where to find your access credentials? Here's a guide for each supported PMS provider. *Save your credentials immediately when you create them — some providers only display them once. Access Key Providers These providers use a single access key that you copy from your PMS dashboard: - Lodgify — Go to Settings > Public API in your Lodgify dashboard and copy your access key. See Lodgify's authorization guide for details. - Hostify — Go to Settings > API Key in your Hostify dashboard. See Hostify's API page for more information. - Beds24 — Go to Settings > Account > Account Access in your Beds24 dashboard and look for "API Key". See Beds24's API documentation for setup instructions. - Uplisting — Navigate to Connect > API in your Uplisting dashboard. Note: API access may require contacting Uplisting directly. See Uplisting's API support page for details. Access Key + Secret (Guesty) 1. Guesty uses a Custom App with two credentials — a client ID and a secret: 2. In your Guesty dashboard, go to Integrations > OAuth applications 3. Click "New Application" and fill in the details 4. Your client ID and secret are displayed only once — copy and save them immediately See Guesty's guide to generating credentials for step-by-step instructions. Some Guesty plans also support a Marketplace Integration Token. If your plan includes this option, you can use it as an alternative to Custom App credentials. OAuth Providers These providers use a secure authorization flow — you don't need to copy any credentials manually: - Hospitable — Click "Authorize" in OnSeason, and you'll be redirected to Hospitable to log in and grant access. The connection is handled automatically. See Hospitable's integration guide for more details. - Hostfully — You have two options: click "Authorize" for the OAuth flow, or enter an access key from your Agency Settings page in Hostfully. See Hostfully's API FAQ for guidance. Email + Password OwnerRez requires three pieces of information: - Your email address used to log in to OwnerRez - Your password - Your Connection ID — this is labelled "Advertiser ID" in some OwnerRez settings pages. Find it under Settings > Advanced Tools > Developer/API Settings See OwnerRez's API overview for help locating these details. Other Providers - BookingSync (now Smily) — Uses an OAuth authorization flow, similar to Hospitable. See BookingSync developer docs for details. - Host Tools — Generate an auth token from your Settings page. See Host Tools API documentation. - Interhome — Uses a B2B partner API. Your credentials are provided by your Interhome account manager. See Interhome's partner portal for details. - Tokeet — Enter your access key and Account ID from your Tokeet account settings. See Tokeet's API documentation for details. *If your credentials are incorrect, you'll see an error message. Double-check your access key or credentials in your PMS dashboard. See the troubleshooting guide for common issues. What happens next: Once your PMS is connected, properties begin syncing within minutes — your listings are pulled into OnSeason automatically. Check your "My Properties" page to see synced properties. Properties appear with status "Active" by default. With your listings syncing, the next step is to connect Stripe so you can accept payments from guests.

Properties Management

Importing Network Listings

Adding Properties to Your Booking Site When you find a network property you want to offer, you send an import request to the property owner. Once they approve it, the property appears on your booking site alongside your own listings — ready for guests to book. How to Import a Property - Navigate to the Network — Go to Properties and open the Network Properties tab to open the search page. - Search for properties — Enter a location and any filters you want (dates, guests, price range). Click Search to see results. - Find a property you like — Browse the results grid and click on a property card to open its detail panel. Review the photos, description, amenities, and your commission rate. - Click Import — Click "Import to my booking site" in the detail panel, or use the Import button directly on the property card. - Send the request — Your import request is sent to the property owner. Track its status under Properties > Network Properties > Outgoing requests. See the interactive walkthrough. What Happens After Import Once the property owner approves your request: It appears on your booking site with a "Partner Property" badge, so guests know it's managed by another host It shows in your Properties section with a purple "Partner" badge to distinguish it from your PMS-synced listings The property owner is notified of your request and must approve it before the property goes live on your site You earn 5% commission on every booking guests make through your site for this property Importing a property doesn't affect the owner's site or their direct bookings. The property simply becomes available through your booking site too. Managing Imported Properties To view all your imported properties, go to Properties > Network Properties > Imported. Here you'll see a list of every network property you've added to your site. You can also see imported properties in the Properties section of your dashboard, under the Network Properties tab. Removing an Imported Property If you no longer want a network property on your booking site: Go to Network > Imported Find the property you want to remove Click Remove on the property card or in the detail panel Confirm the removal in the dialog The property is immediately removed from your booking site. You can always re-import it later by searching the Network again. Removing a property doesn't cancel any existing bookings for that property. Active bookings will still be honored. Seeing Who Imports Your Properties Curious to know which other PMs have imported your properties? Navigate to Properties > My Properties > Distribution to see a list of sites featuring your listings, including property counts and booking activity. What's Next? Now that you know how to import properties, learn about how commissions work and what you earn on each booking.

Website Builder / Staycy AI

Create property collection pages

Property collection pages group properties around a specific guest need, property type, or travel style. These pages help guests find relevant stays faster and also support SEO and GEO for more specific searches. Examples of property collection pages include: - Family-friendly villas - Pet-friendly stays - Luxury apartments - Beachfront homes - Ski chalets - Remote-work stays - Long-stay rentals - Villas with pools - City apartments for couples - Group-friendly homes A property collection page can include: - Who the collection is for - What guests can expect - Important amenities or features - Destination context How to create a collection? 1. Sign in to the OnSeason dashboard. 2. In the right-side panel, click Properties. 3. Click Collections. 4. Click New collection. 5. Name your collection. 6. Add a description (optional, but recommended - this can be reused later if you choose the dedicated page layout). 7. Select which properties belong to this collection. You can add or remove properties at any time. 8. Save the collection. Add the collection to your website Collections aren't automatically added to your website - you need to prompt Staycy to display them. Open the Staycy builder and describe what you want. You have two layout options: 1. Pre-filled search - Staycy generates a search results view that's automatically filtered to show only the properties in this collection. Good for a quick, no-frills way to surface a themed set of listings. 2. Dedicated collection page - Staycy creates a standalone page with a hero image, a description (pulled from what you wrote when creating the collection, or new copy you provide), and the filtered search results below it. Good for collections you want to market as a destination in their own right (e.g., "Beachfront Villas" or "Pet-Friendly Stays"). Tell Staycy which collection to use and which of the two layouts you want, and it will build the page or search view for you.

Payments & Financials

Setting Up Payments

Why Set Up Payments? To accept direct bookings through your booking engine, you need a way to process payments. OnSeason uses Stripe Connect Express — a secure, industry-standard payment platform that handles credit card processing and payouts to your bank account. Only workspace Owners can set up and manage payment integrations. Connecting Stripe Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Stripe in your dashboard. You'll see two options: - Create New Account — Best for most users. Creates a new Stripe Express account linked to OnSeason. - Connect Existing Account — If you already have a Stripe account, you can link it directly via authorisation. - Complete Stripe's onboarding — For a new account, Stripe will ask for your business details, bank account information, and identity verification. This is a one-time setup. If connecting an existing account, you'll authorise OnSeason to use it. - Return to OnSeason — After completing Stripe's flow, you'll be redirected back to OnSeason. Your integration settings will show your account status — charges and payouts enabled means you're all set. - Add your Publishable Key — After connecting, enter your Stripe Publishable Key so your booking engine can process payments from guests. You'll find this in your Stripe dashboard. How Payments Work When a guest books one of your properties: - Authorisation — The guest's card is authorised (funds are held, not charged) - Capture — You review the booking and capture the payment when you're ready - Payout — Stripe transfers the funds to your bank account on your payout schedule Payments are captured manually. When a guest books, the payment is authorised (held), and you capture it when ready. This gives you time to confirm the booking before charging the guest. Fees Stripe charges a processing fee per transaction. This fee is deducted automatically from each payment before it reaches your bank account. There are no additional OnSeason payment fees. Check Stripe's pricing and fees here: https://stripe.com/pricing * *In the footer, you need to pick the country your Stripe account is registered for, so you can see the correct fees. You need an active subscription to process payments. The first 7 days are free, so you can get everything set up before committing. What's Next? With your PMS connected and payments enabled, you're almost ready to go live. Let's make sure everything is in place to publish your booking engine.
