Set your cancellation policy

You can set your cancellation policy from the Bookings section in the OnSeason dashboard.

This policy is used for your booking site and helps guests understand the cancellation rules before they book.

Open cancellation policy settings

1. Go to app.onseason.ai.

2. Sign in to your OnSeason account.

3. In the left sidebar, click Bookings.

4. At the top of the page, click Policies.

5. Find the Cancellation Policy section.

Choose a cancellation policy

1. Click the Policy Type dropdown.

2. Select the cancellation policy you want to use.

3. Click Save policy.

You can choose from:

• Flexible — Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in

• Moderate — Full refund up to 5 days before check-in

• Strict — Full refund up to 14 days before check-in, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in

• Custom — Use your own cancellation policy

Your selected policy will be saved for your booking site.
