Plans & Billing
OnSeason Pricing Explained
Simple Pricing That Grows With You OnSeason uses a straightforward subscription model — one plan that scales with your business. No hidden fees, no complicated tiers. Your Subscription The base plan costs €49/month and includes everything you need to run your direct booking business: - Full dashboard with booking management, guest profiles, and financials - Unlimited workspaces - Custom domain publishing - 100 AI website changes each month - Priority support - Blog with a CMS - Up to 10 properties included - PMS property sync - Access to OnSeason Distribution Your base subscription covers unlimited bookings, unlimited team members, and full access to all platform features. You only pay more as your property portfolio grows. Metered Billing Your first 10 properties are included in the base subscription. If you manage more, properties 11–100 are billed at €3 per property per month, and properties beyond 100 at €1 per property per month, calculated in arrears. Here's how it works: 1. OnSeason counts your active self-owned properties (synced from your PMS) 2. At the end of each billing period, any properties above 10 are added to your next invoice 3. The count is based on the peak number of active properties during the period 4. Network properties (imported from the OnSeason Network) don't count toward your metered billing. Only properties synced from your PMS are counted. Free Trial Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial when you subscribe. You get full access to all features — no restrictions. See Trial & Grace Periods for details on what happens when your trial ends. Start with a free account You can start with a free Staycy / OnSeason account. The free account gives you a set number of prompts and messages so you can begin creating your website before upgrading.
Managing Your Subscription
Your Billing Page All subscription management happens from the billing page in your dashboard. To get there, click your profile icon in the top-right corner, select Finance & Billing, then open the Billing tab. From here, you can subscribe, view your plan and update payment methods. Only workspace Owners can manage subscriptions and billing. Admins, Members, and Viewers can view the billing page but cannot make changes. Subscribing - Navigate to the billing page — Open your billing page from the dashboard. You'll see your current plan status and available options. - Start checkout — In the Staycy AI section, click "Subscribe" to begin. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure checkout page. - Enter payment details — Provide your credit or debit card information. Stripe handles all payment processing securely. - Confirmation — Once payment succeeds, your subscription is active immediately (after your 7-day free trial). Your booking engine is ready to accept guests. See the interactive walkthrough. Managing Your Payment Method Your payment details are stored securely by Stripe — OnSeason never sees or stores your full card number. To update your card or billing details, click "Manage billing" on the billing page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can: update your credit or debit card and change your billing address. https://app.guideflow.com/embed/gkyzwm5b4r Cancelling Your Subscription If you need to cancel, click "Cancel subscription" on the billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you won't lose access immediately. When your subscription ends: your booking engine stops accepting new bookings, but existing bookings are not affected. Your data and configuration remain intact. You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access. What is NOT affected by cancellation: - Your workspace — you can still log in and access the dashboard - Your team members — all memberships stay intact - Your listings, guests, and booking history — everything is preserved - Your financial records and exports — fully accessible Resubscribing Changed your mind? Getting back is easy: Before your billing period ends: Click "Resubscribe" to continue without any interruption. After your subscription expires: You'll go through a new checkout. All your data is intact — resubscribing restores full access immediately.
Understanding Your Invoice
Your Monthly Invoice OnSeason invoices are generated monthly by Stripe. Each invoice includes your Staycy AI subscription, any metered property usage, and applicable taxes. Invoice Line Items Here's what you'll typically see on your invoice: - Staycy AI subscription — The fixed €49/month fee - Metered property usage — If you had more than 10 active properties during the billing period, this line shows the additional properties billed at €3/property (11–100) or €1/property (beyond 100). Only appears if you exceed 10 properties. - Tax — Applicable VAT or sales tax based on your billing address. Example Invoice Breakdown Here's what an invoice might look like for a Property Manager with 15 properties: - Staycy AI Subscription: €49.00 - Metered usage: 5 additional properties (×€3): €15.00 - Subtotal: €64.00 - VAT (if applicable): varies Metered property usage is calculated based on the peak number of active self-owned properties above 10 during your billing period. If you had 15 properties at any point, you'd be billed for 5 additional properties — even if you reduced your count before the period ended. Viewing Your Invoices You can access your invoice history in two ways: - Finance & Billing — Click your profile icon and select Finance & Billing, then open the Receipts tab to see past invoices with dates, amounts, and payment status. - Stripe billing portal — Click "Manage billing" on the billing page to open Stripe's portal, where you can view all invoices and download them as PDF. Each invoice shows: invoice date and billing period, amount charged, and payment status (paid, pending, or failed). Payment Failures If a payment fails — for example, because your card expired or was declined — here's what happens: 1. Stripe retries automatically over the next several days using smart retry logic 2. You'll receive email notifications alerting you to the failed payment 3. Update your payment method via the Stripe billing portal (click "Manage billing" on the billing page) If the payment isn't resolved within the grace period, your workspace may be suspended. See Trial & Grace Periods for full details on what happens and how to restore access.
