Overview
Ready to go live? Here's what you need to know about publishing your Staycy website and making it visible to guests.
Subscription Requirement
Publishing your website requires an active Staycy AI subscription:
€49/month, including your first 10 active properties
- Additional properties: €3/property (11–100) or €1/property (beyond 100)
This includes a 7-day free trial, so you can publish and test your live site before committing.
You can subscribe from your OnSeason dashboard at Financials > Billing, or through the upgrade prompt that appears in Staycy when you try to publish.
You must have an active Staycy subscription to publish your website. Without it, you can design and preview freely, but your site won't be visible to guests.
Publishing Your Site
Click Publish — In the Staycy editor, click the "Publish" button.
Subscription check — Staycy checks your subscription status with OnSeason in real-time to confirm it's active.
Your site goes live — If your subscription is active, your website is published to your workspace subdomain (e.g., your-workspace.staycy.ai). Guests can now visit and book.
What "Published" Means
Once published:
Your website is accessible to anyone on the internet
Guests can browse your site, view your properties, and make bookings
Your OnSeason booking engine is embedded seamlessly in the website
- Republish anytime — make changes in the editor and publish again with one click
Custom Domain Option
By default, your website lives at your workspace subdomain (e.g., your-workspace.staycy.ai). Want a professional URL like www.yourbrand.com instead? See Setting Up Your Custom Domain for step-by-step instructions on connecting your own domain.
What Happens If Your Subscription Lapses
If your Staycy subscription expires or is cancelled:
Your website goes offline — it's no longer visible to guests
Your design is preserved — nothing is deleted. Resubscribe and your site goes live again exactly as it was
Your booking engine keeps working — the OnSeason booking engine at your workspace subdomain is independent of Staycy and remains active
Even if your Staycy website goes offline, your booking engine remains active. Guests can still search and book your properties through the direct booking engine URL.
