What is OnSeason? OnSeason is an all-in-one platform for vacation rental property managers to build AI-powered direct booking websites with a high-conversion booking engine, get discovered through AI-driven search distribution, and cross-sell properties with other managers through its distribution network — reducing reliance on OTAs. You manage your properties in your PMS, and OnSeason handles the booking experience. Here's how everything connects: - Your PMS — You manage properties, rates, and availability as you always have - Calry sync — Calry connects your PMS to OnSeason and keeps data in sync automatically - OnSeason listings — Your properties appear in your dashboard, ready to configure - Booking engine — Guests browse, search, and book on your branded site - Stripe payments — Secure payment processing handles the money, straight to your bank account Getting Started - Create your workspace — After signing up, you'll create a workspace with a unique slug (e.g., your company name). - Connect your PMS — Connect your property management system to our dashboard to automatically sync properties. - Set up payments — Connect Stripe to start accepting direct bookings. - Set up your direct booking — Enable listings, build your website with a booking engine, and start accepting guests. You need an active subscription to accept bookings. The first 7 days are free. How Staycy and OnSeason work together Staycy is the AI website builder where you create and customise your direct-booking website with prompts. OnSeason is the account and dashboard behind it - where you connect your PMS, manage your properties, set up payments with Stripe, and configure domains and billing. One account gives you access to both.

Enhancing with Staycy

What is Staycy? Staycy is an AI-powered website builder that creates conversion-focused direct booking websites. The website can include different page types depending on what you ask for in your prompt. How to Access Staycy Only workspace Owners and Admins can access Staycy. Team members with the Member or Viewer role won't see the option. - Open Staycy — In the dashboard, on the left sidebar, click Website, then click Launch Staycy (this button is also available on your Dashboard home page). Staycy opens, and you're logged in automatically via single sign-on. You can also access https://www.staycy.ai/ directly. - Build your website — Use Staycy's AI tools to design your website. Preview mode lets you experiment freely before going live. - Publish when ready — Happy with your site? Publish it to make it live. An active OnSeason subscription is required to publish. Preview mode is available even without an active subscription, so you can design and experiment at no cost. Publishing requires an active subscription. See the interactive walkthrough: If your OnSeason subscription lapses, your Staycy website will be unpublished. Your booking engine itself remains accessible — only the Staycy website layer is affected. Examples of pages Staycy can create - Homepage - Search page - Listing pages - Location pages - About page - Contact page - FAQ pages - Blog - Booking-focused pages If you want a standalone booking engine, you still create a Staycy website. The difference is that you ask Staycy to include only the booking-focused pages, such as search and listing pages, and exclude pages like the homepage, about, contact, and blog. How prompting works in Staycy Prompting is how you tell Staycy what to create or change. A prompt is a written instruction. You can use prompts to create the first version of your website and to keep editing it afterwards. Good prompts are clear about - What your business does - Where your properties are located - Who your guests are - What your brand should feel like - Which pages you want - Which pages you do not want - Which languages you need - How booking pages should look and work The clearer your prompt, the better Staycy can create the result you want.

Account & Access

Create and access your Staycy / OnSeason account You only need one account for Staycy and OnSeason. The same email and password work for both staycy.ai and app.onseason.ai. Option 1: Create your account from Staycy 1. Go to staycy.ai. 2. Write your initial website prompt. 3. Click on the green arrow button - Generate Website. 4. Create your OnSeason/Staycy account so the initial generation can begin. 5. Enter your name, email address and password. 6. Verify your email address. 7. Return to Staycy to see the initial version of your website and start editing. Option 2: Create your account from the OnSeason dashboard 8. Go to app.onseason.ai. 9. Click “Create account” 10. Enter your name, email address and password. 11. Verify your email address. 12. Open the OnSeason dashboard. 13. On the page “Welcome to OnSeason!” name your workspace with your brand name and click on “Get started.” Sign in later - To access Staycy, go to https://www.staycy.ai/ and sign in with the same account. - To access the OnSeason dashboard, go to app.onseason.ai and sign in with the same account. Verify your email address Email verification confirms that the email address on your account belongs to you. You need to verify your email before you can continue using all account features. Steps 1. Open the inbox for the email address you used to sign up. 2. Find the verification email from OnSeason. 3. Click the verification link in the email. 4. Log in with your details Resend your verification email If you did not receive the verification email, you can request a new one. Steps 1. Go to the verification screen or sign in to your account. 2. Click Resend verification email. 3. Check your inbox and spam folder. 4. Open the new verification email and click the link. Reset your password Use password reset if you cannot sign in or do not remember your password. Steps 1. Go to the sign-in page. 2. Click Forgot password. 3. Enter the email address connected to your account. 4. Open the password reset email. 5. Create a new password. 6. Return to Staycy or the dashboard and sign in again.
