PMS Integration
Connect your PMS
Why Connect Your PMS? Your property management system (PMS) is where you manage properties, availability, and pricing. By connecting it to OnSeason, your listings sync automatically — no manual data entry needed. OnSeason integrates with your PMS through Calry, a secure integration layer that keeps your data in sync. Any changes you make in your PMS (new properties, updated rates, availability blocks) are reflected in OnSeason within minutes. Your PMS remains the source of truth. Always make changes to properties, rates, and availability in your PMS — OnSeason will pick them up automatically. Before you begin: Make sure you have: 1. An active OnSeason workspace 2. Owner or Admin role in the workspace (Members and Viewers cannot manage integrations) 3. Access credentials from your PMS provider (sometimes called an "API key" — a unique code that permits OnSeason to access your PMS data) Supported PMS providers: OnSeason supports a wide range of PMS systems, including: Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Hostfully, Hospitable, OwnerRez, Beds24, Uplisting, Hostify and Avantio. More providers are added regularly. To connect your PMS, follow these steps: 1. Connect your PMS from your Dashboard page or open your integration settings — Navigate to Settings > Integrations > PMS in your dashboard. 2. Select your PMS provider — Choose your PMS from the dropdown — for example, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify and more. 3. Enter your credentials — The required fields depend on your provider (guide for finding your credentials listed in the next paragraph): - Access key providers (Lodgify, Hostify, Beds24, Uplisting): Enter the access key from your PMS dashboard. - Access key + Secret (Guesty): Enter your Custom App client ID and secret. - OAuth providers (Hospitable, Hostfully): Click "Authorize" and complete the login on your PMS's website. Hostfully also supports access key authentication if you prefer. - Email + Password (OwnerRez): Enter your account email, password, and Advertiser ID. 4. Verify the sync — Once connected, your properties start syncing automatically. Head to My Properties to see them appear — this usually takes just a few minutes. 5. Confirm your account appears — Once connected, your PMS account appears in the integration accounts list with an "Active" status. See the interactive walkthrough. You can connect multiple PMS accounts if you manage properties across different PMS systems. Each account syncs independently. Finding Your PMS Credentials: Not sure where to find your access credentials? Here's a guide for each supported PMS provider. *Save your credentials immediately when you create them — some providers only display them once. Access Key Providers These providers use a single access key that you copy from your PMS dashboard: - Lodgify — Go to Settings > Public API in your Lodgify dashboard and copy your access key. See Lodgify's authorization guide for details. - Hostify — Go to Settings > API Key in your Hostify dashboard. See Hostify's API page for more information. - Beds24 — Go to Settings > Account > Account Access in your Beds24 dashboard and look for "API Key". See Beds24's API documentation for setup instructions. - Uplisting — Navigate to Connect > API in your Uplisting dashboard. Note: API access may require contacting Uplisting directly. See Uplisting's API support page for details. Access Key + Secret (Guesty) 1. Guesty uses a Custom App with two credentials — a client ID and a secret: 2. In your Guesty dashboard, go to Integrations > OAuth applications 3. Click "New Application" and fill in the details 4. Your client ID and secret are displayed only once — copy and save them immediately See Guesty's guide to generating credentials for step-by-step instructions. Some Guesty plans also support a Marketplace Integration Token. If your plan includes this option, you can use it as an alternative to Custom App credentials. OAuth Providers These providers use a secure authorization flow — you don't need to copy any credentials manually: - Hospitable — Click "Authorize" in OnSeason, and you'll be redirected to Hospitable to log in and grant access. The connection is handled automatically. See Hospitable's integration guide for more details. - Hostfully — You have two options: click "Authorize" for the OAuth flow, or enter an access key from your Agency Settings page in Hostfully. See Hostfully's API FAQ for guidance. Email + Password OwnerRez requires three pieces of information: - Your email address used to log in to OwnerRez - Your password - Your Connection ID — this is labelled "Advertiser ID" in some OwnerRez settings pages. Find it under Settings > Advanced Tools > Developer/API Settings See OwnerRez's API overview for help locating these details. Other Providers - BookingSync (now Smily) — Uses an OAuth authorization flow, similar to Hospitable. See BookingSync developer docs for details. - Host Tools — Generate an auth token from your Settings page. See Host Tools API documentation. - Interhome — Uses a B2B partner API. Your credentials are provided by your Interhome account manager. See Interhome's partner portal for details. - Tokeet — Enter your access key and Account ID from your Tokeet account settings. See Tokeet's API documentation for details. *If your credentials are incorrect, you'll see an error message. Double-check your access key or credentials in your PMS dashboard. See the troubleshooting guide for common issues. What happens next: Once your PMS is connected, properties begin syncing within minutes — your listings are pulled into OnSeason automatically. Check your "My Properties" page to see synced properties. Properties appear with status "Active" by default. With your listings syncing, the next step is to connect Stripe so you can accept payments from guests.
How listing data works in Staycy
What Syncs from Your PMS Once your PMS is connected, OnSeason pulls in your property data automatically. Here's what comes across: Property Details Your property's name, description, property type (apartment, villa, house, etc.), and full address including location coordinates. This information appears on your booking engine exactly as you've set it up in your PMS. Photos All property images sync with their descriptions and are displayed in a gallery format on your booking engine. Guests see the same photos you've uploaded to your PMS. Capacity Maximum occupancy, bedroom count, and bathroom count — so guests know exactly what to expect when browsing your listings. Pricing Your starting price and currency are synced for display purposes. However, availability and exact pricing are always fetched live from your PMS whenever a guest searches. This ensures your booking engine always shows accurate dates and rates. Availability and pricing are always fetched fresh from your PMS for every guest search. This ensures your booking engine never shows outdated dates or rates. Amenities Kitchen features, bedroom configurations, and property amenities are organised into categories so guests can easily find what they're looking for. Ratings If your PMS provides ratings data, the average score and review count sync to OnSeason. This helps build guest confidence when browsing your listings. The sync process is straightforward: - Properties sync automatically after you connect your PMS — no manual action needed - Changes you make in your PMS are reflected in OnSeason — update your PMS and OnSeason mirrors the changes If you need to change a property's name, description, or details, make the change in your PMS. OnSeason mirrors your PMS data — manual edits in OnSeason are not supported. Managing Synced Listings Your synced properties appear on the "My Properties" page in your dashboard. From here, you can: - Enable or disable individual listings for your booking engine - Disabled listings won't appear on your booking site, but they remain synced with your PMS - View listing details including photos, pricing, and availability at a glance This gives you full control over which properties guests can see and book, without affecting your PMS setup. See the interactive walkthrough. Property Count and Billing OnSeason counts your active self-owned properties for metered billing. The first 10 properties are included in your subscription, Properties 11–100 are billed at €3/property/month, and properties beyond 100 at €1/property/month. See OnSeason Pricing Explained for details on how billing works with your property count.
PMS Connection Troubleshooting
Connection Errors If you see an error while connecting your PMS, here's what to check: "Invalid credentials" Your access key, client ID, or password is incorrect. Double-check the credentials in your PMS dashboard. Common causes: Copied extra whitespace before or after the key - The access key has expired — generate a new one in your PMS You're using credentials from the wrong PMS account "Connection failed" Calry could not reach your PMS. This usually means your PMS provider is experiencing temporary downtime. Wait a few minutes and try again. "Permission denied" Your access key doesn't have the required permissions. Some PMS systems require specific permission levels or access scopes for third-party integrations. Check your PMS dashboard to ensure the key has full read access. Only workspace Owners and Admins can manage PMS connections. If you see "Permission denied" in OnSeason itself, ask your workspace owner to configure the integration. Sync Issues Properties not appearing After connecting, properties may take a few minutes to sync. If they still don't appear after 10 minutes: Check your PMS connection status in Settings > Integrations > Calry — it should show "Active" Try disconnecting and reconnecting your PMS account Verify that your PMS account has properties listed Property details are outdated Property details sync periodically from your PMS through Calry. If you've made changes in your PMS, allow a few minutes for the sync to update in OnSeason. Availability shows incorrectly - Availability is always fetched live from your PMS — it's never cached. If availability appears wrong in OnSeason, the issue is likely in your PMS calendar. Check your PMS directly to confirm the dates are correct. Photos not loading Photos are served from your PMS. If they're not showing on your booking engine: Verify the photos exist in your PMS property listing Check that the images are publicly accessible in your PMS Try refreshing your browser cache Provider-Specific Issues Guesty - Guesty uses Custom App credentials — you need both a client ID and secret. You can also use a Marketplace Token if available. Make sure you're using the right authentication method for your Guesty plan. See Guesty's authentication docs for detailed Custom App setup instructions. Hostaway Hostaway requires both an Account ID and an API Key. Find your credentials at Hostaway API Settings or see their API Key help article. OAuth Providers (Hospitable, Hostfully) If the authorization flow fails: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again Make sure pop-ups are not blocked by your browser Try using a different browser Ensure you're logging in with the correct PMS account For more details, see Hospitable's integration guide or Hostfully's API FAQ. OwnerRez OwnerRez requires three pieces of information: your email, password, and Connection ID. In OnSeason, this field is labeled "Connection ID" — it's called "Advertiser ID" in some OwnerRez settings pages. Find it under Settings > Advanced Tools > Developer/API Settings in your OwnerRez dashboard. See OwnerRez API Authentication for details. Still Need Help? If you've tried the steps above and your PMS still isn't connecting: - Disconnect and reconnect — Remove the PMS account from Settings > Integrations and add it again with fresh credentials - Contact OnSeason support — Include your workspace name and PMS provider so we can investigate quickly Disconnecting your PMS account does not delete your properties from OnSeason — they will become inactive until you reconnect.
