What is OnSeason? OnSeason is an all-in-one platform for vacation rental property managers to build AI-powered direct booking websites with a high-conversion booking engine, get discovered through AI-driven search distribution, and cross-sell properties with other managers through its distribution network — reducing reliance on OTAs. You manage your properties in your PMS, and OnSeason handles the booking experience. Here's how everything connects: - Your PMS — You manage properties, rates, and availability as you always have - Calry sync — Calry connects your PMS to OnSeason and keeps data in sync automatically - OnSeason listings — Your properties appear in your dashboard, ready to configure - Booking engine — Guests browse, search, and book on your branded site - Stripe payments — Secure payment processing handles the money, straight to your bank account Getting Started - Create your workspace — After signing up, you'll create a workspace with a unique slug (e.g., your company name). - Connect your PMS — Connect your property management system to our dashboard to automatically sync properties. - Set up payments — Connect Stripe to start accepting direct bookings. - Set up your direct booking — Enable listings, build your website with a booking engine, and start accepting guests. How Staycy and OnSeason work together Staycy is the AI website builder where you create and customise your direct-booking website with prompts. OnSeason is the account and dashboard behind it - where you connect your PMS, manage your properties, set up payments with Stripe, and configure domains and billing. Getting StartedEnhancing with Staycy
What is Staycy? Staycy is an AI-powered website builder that creates conversion-focused direct booking websites. The website can include different page types depending on what you ask for in your prompt. How to Access Staycy Only workspace Owners and Admins can access Staycy. Team members with the Member or Viewer role won't see the option. - Open Staycy — In the dashboard, on the left sidebar, click Website, then click Launch Staycy (this button is also available on your Dashboard home page). Staycy opens, and you're logged in automatically via single sign-on. You can also access https://www.staycy.ai/ directly. - Build your website — Use Staycy's AI tools to design your website. Preview mode lets you experiment freely before going live. - Publish when ready — Happy with your site? Publish it to make it live. An active OnSeason subscription is required to publish. Preview mode is available even without an active subscription, so you can design and experiment at no cost. Publishing requires an active subscription. See the interactive walkthrough: If your OnSeason subscription lapses, your Staycy website will be unpublished. Your booking engine itself remains accessible — only the Staycy website layer is affected. Examples of pages Staycy can create - Homepage - Search page - Listing pages - Location pages - About page - Contact page - FAQ pages - Blog - Booking-focused pages If you want a standalone booking engine, you still create a Staycy website. The difference is that you ask Staycy to include only the booking-focused pages, such as search and listing pages, and exclude pages like the homepage, about, contact, and blog. How prompting works in Staycy Prompting is how you tell Staycy what to create or change. A prompt is a written instruction. You can use prompts to create the first version of your website and to keep editing it afterwards. Good prompts are clear about - What your business does - Where your properties are located - Who your guests are - What your brand should feel like - Which pages you want - Which pages you do not want - Which languages you need - How booking pages should look and work The clearer your prompt, the better Staycy can create the result you want.
Getting StartedAccount & Access
Create and access your Staycy / OnSeason account You only need one account for Staycy and OnSeason. The same email and password work for both staycy.ai and app.onseason.ai. Option 1: Create your account from Staycy 1. Go to staycy.ai. 2. Write your initial website prompt. 3. Click on the green arrow button - Generate Website. 4. Create your OnSeason/Staycy account so the initial generation can begin. 5. Enter your name, email address and password. 6. Verify your email address. 7. Return to Staycy to see the initial version of your website and start editing. Option 2: Create your account from the OnSeason dashboard 8. Go to app.onseason.ai. 9. Click “Create account” 10. Enter your name, email address and password. 11. Verify your email address. 12. Open the OnSeason dashboard. 13. On the page “Welcome to OnSeason!” name your workspace with your brand name and click on “Get started.” Sign in later - To access Staycy, go to https://www.staycy.ai/ and sign in with the same account. - To access the OnSeason dashboard, go to app.onseason.ai and sign in with the same account. Verify your email address Email verification confirms that the email address on your account belongs to you. You need to verify your email before you can continue using all account features. Steps 1. Open the inbox for the email address you used to sign up. 2. Find the verification email from OnSeason. 3. Click the verification link in the email. 4. Log in with your details Resend your verification email If you did not receive the verification email, you can request a new one. Steps 1. Go to the verification screen or sign in to your account. 2. Click Resend verification email. 3. Check your inbox and spam folder. 4. Open the new verification email and click the link. Reset your password Use password reset if you cannot sign in or do not remember your password. Steps 1. Go to the sign-in page. 2. Click Forgot password. 3. Enter the email address connected to your account. 4. Open the password reset email. 5. Create a new password. 6. Return to Staycy or the dashboard and sign in again.

Simple Pricing That Grows With You OnSeason uses a straightforward subscription model — one plan that scales with your business. No hidden fees, no complicated tiers. Your Subscription The base plan costs €49/month and includes everything you need to run your direct booking business: - Full dashboard with booking management, guest profiles, and financials - Unlimited workspaces - Custom domain publishing - 100 AI website changes each month - Priority support - Blog with a CMS - Up to 10 properties included - PMS property sync - Access to OnSeason Distribution Your base subscription covers unlimited bookings, unlimited team members, and full access to all platform features. You only pay more as your property portfolio grows. Metered Billing Your first 10 properties are included in the base subscription. If you manage more, properties 11–100 are billed at €3 per property per month, and properties beyond 100 at €1 per property per month, calculated in arrears. Here's how it works: 1. OnSeason counts your active self-owned properties (synced from your PMS) 2. At the end of each billing period, any properties above 10 are added to your next invoice 3. The count is based on the peak number of active properties during the period 4. Network properties (imported from the OnSeason Network) don't count toward your metered billing. Only properties synced from your PMS are counted. Free Trial Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial when you subscribe. You get full access to all features — no restrictions. PMS IntegrationHow listing data works in Staycy
What Syncs from Your PMS Once your PMS is connected, OnSeason pulls in your property data automatically. Here's what comes across: Property Details Your property's name, description, property type (apartment, villa, house, etc.), and full address including location coordinates. This information appears on your booking engine exactly as you've set it up in your PMS. Photos All property images sync with their descriptions and are displayed in a gallery format on your booking engine. Guests see the same photos you've uploaded to your PMS. Capacity Maximum occupancy, bedroom count, and bathroom count — so guests know exactly what to expect when browsing your listings. Pricing Your starting price and currency are synced for display purposes. However, availability and exact pricing are always fetched live from your PMS whenever a guest searches. Amenities Kitchen features, bedroom configurations, and property amenities are organised into categories so guests can easily find what they're looking for. Ratings If your PMS provides ratings data, the average score and review count sync to OnSeason. This helps build guest confidence when browsing your listings. The sync process is straightforward: - Properties sync automatically after you connect your PMS — no manual action needed - Changes you make in your PMS are reflected in OnSeason — update your PMS and OnSeason mirrors the changes If you need to change a property's name, description, or details, make the change in your PMS. OnSeason mirrors your PMS data — manual edits in OnSeason are not supported. Managing Synced Listings Your synced properties appear on the "My Properties" page in your dashboard. From here, you can: - Enable or disable individual listings for your booking engine - Disabled listings won't appear on your booking site, but they remain synced with your PMS - View listing details including photos, pricing, and availability at a glance This gives you full control over which properties guests can see and book, without affecting your PMS setup.
