Create and access your Staycy / OnSeason account
You only need one account for Staycy and OnSeason. The same email and password work for both staycy.ai and app.onseason.ai.
Option 1: Create your account from Staycy
Go to staycy.ai.
Write your initial website prompt.
Click on the green arrow button - Generate Website.
Create your OnSeason/Staycy account so the initial generation can begin.
Enter your name, email address and password.
Verify your email address.
Return to Staycy to see the initial version of your website and start editing.
Option 2: Create your account from the OnSeason dashboard
Go to app.onseason.ai.
Click “Create account”
Enter your name, email address and password.
Verify your email address.
Open the OnSeason dashboard.
On the page “Welcome to OnSeason!” name your workspace with your brand name and click on “Get started.”
Sign in later
To access Staycy, go to https://www.staycy.ai/ and sign in with the same account.
To access the OnSeason dashboard, go to app.onseason.ai and sign in with the same account.
Verify your email address
Email verification confirms that the email address on your account belongs to you. You need to verify your email before you can continue using all account features.
Steps
Open the inbox for the email address you used to sign up.
Find the verification email from OnSeason.
Click the verification link in the email.
Log in with your details
Resend your verification email
If you did not receive the verification email, you can request a new one.
Steps
Go to the verification screen or sign in to your account.
Click Resend verification email.
Check your inbox and spam folder.
Open the new verification email and click the link.
Reset your password
Use password reset if you cannot sign in or do not remember your password.
Steps
Go to the sign-in page.
Click Forgot password.
Enter the email address connected to your account.
Open the password reset email.
Create a new password.
Return to Staycy or the dashboard and sign in again.
