Publishing Your Booking Site

Last updated on Jul 21, 2026

Your Booking Engine

Your booking engine is the public-facing site where guests browse your properties, check availability, and make bookings. It's available at your workspace URL: your-slug.staycy.app

Guests can search by dates, view property details and photos, select their stay, and complete checkout — all on your branded booking site.

Pre-Launch Checklist

Before your first guest can book, make sure everything is in place:

  • PMS connected — Your properties are synced from your PMS via Calry. Check My Properties to confirm your properties appear.

  • Payments enabled — Stripe Connect is set up with charges and payouts enabled in Settings > Integrations > Stripe.

  • Listings enabled — At least one property is enabled for the booking engine. Go to My Properties and enable the properties you want guests to see.

  • Branding configured — Your company name and logo are set in Settings > Workspace.

  • Cancellation policy set — Configure your refund policy in Bookings > Policies. Choose from flexible, moderate, strict, or set a custom policy. Guests will see this before they book.

  • Publish your site — Go to Website and publish your booking site from there. Only workspace Owners can publish.

You can unpublish your booking site at any time from the Website section. Unpublishing takes your site offline but preserves all your settings.

Guests will see your workspace slug in the URL. If you'd prefer a branded domain, you can add a custom domain — see the Custom Domain guide for step-by-step instructions.

What Guests See

Once your booking site is live, guests can:

Browse your property catalog with photos and descriptions

Search by dates, location, and guest count

View details including amenities, pricing, and availability

Book with a streamlined checkout and secure Stripe payment
